Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all subscriptions purchased for Gymatic through gymatic.tech.
1. Subscription Plans
- Monthly Plan – ₹499 per month
- Annual Plan – ₹4,999 per year (if applicable)
All subscriptions are billed in advance and provide access to Gymatic features for the selected duration.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting our support team.
- Cancellation will stop future billing but will not automatically trigger a refund.
3. Refund Policy
- No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.
- Refunds will not be issued for unused time within an active subscription.
- In case of duplicate payments or technical billing errors, customers must notify us within 7 days of the transaction.
- Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
4. Failed Transactions
If a payment fails but funds are debited from the customer’s account, the amount will typically be reversed automatically by the bank within 5–7 working days. If not, customers may contact us for assistance.
